Great win! Tbh I wasn't expecting this, Saudi were the favourites but we looked strong, esp. Ahmed Yasin and Salam Shakir. This puts us 1st place joint with Kuwait who won 2-0 vs Yemen

Come on Iraq, we can win this tournament!

I am very happy today, we defeated the Saudis comfortably and we look strong. We can win this tournament but I think we need to give other players a chance like Mohanned Abdul Rahim, sub Younis off earlier if we are winning to give him an opportunity
